In September 2005 Joseph and Mirek were called up to do the The Da Vinci Code film scenes in Westminster. Joseph was a telephone caller in the telephone box, Mirek was a passer-by and a spectator. We met Tom Hanks, Audrey Tautou, Ian McKellen and Jean Reno. Tom Hanks was superb. Between shootings he spotted Joseph using his mobile phone in the phone box so he went to him and asked him why he wasn't using the proper telephone. Joseph told Tom that he didn't have any change and could Tom spare some. The reply from Tom was obvious... When Joseph's girlfriend heard some background voice she asked him whom is he talking to. Joseph casually replied "Well, nobody special, it's only Tom Hanks".

Mirek was later on asked to do more filming in Shepperton Studios. He spent their four long days at the end of October playing a Christian.
